How far in advance should I book?
I typically book 2–4 weeks in advance, though popular dates fill up faster. For branding or web projects, reach out 4–6 weeks ahead of your ideal start date.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — all photography sessions require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on or before your session day. Branding and web projects have a custom payment schedule outlined in your proposal.
How long until I receive my photos?
Most galleries are delivered within 7–10 business days. Rush delivery (48 hours) is available for an additional fee. You'll receive a private online gallery link to download your images.
Can you travel for shoots?
Absolutely — I'm based in London, Ontario and available to travel across Canada and the US. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
Do you offer payment plans?
For larger packages, I offer flexible payment plans. This can be discussed during your free consult — just let me know and we'll find something that works.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your session at no charge. Late cancellations may result in a forfeit of the deposit.
